By accessing or using Loopbreak ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Loopbreak is a productivity and self-management tool designed for neurodivergent individuals. It provides features including a brain dump, task boards, focus timer, energy tracking, weekly summaries, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Loopbreak offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Loopbreak. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (e.g., tasks, notes, dump entries). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopbreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
